Open the app in ChatGPT
Find TasksBoard in the ChatGPT app directory, or open it directly from the button on this page.

Sign in with Google
Google's own consent screen asks for access to your Tasks. ChatGPT never sees your Google password, and TasksBoard never sees your chats.

Do I need a TasksBoard account to use the app?
No. You sign in with the same Google account that holds your Google Tasks, and the app works straight away. Your board on tasksboard.com is created for you with that account whenever you want to see your lists as a kanban board.
Is the ChatGPT app free?
Yes. Connecting TasksBoard to ChatGPT and managing your tasks in chat is free. TasksBoard Premium is only about the extra features on the web board, such as list sharing, colours and backgrounds.
Where are my tasks actually stored?
In your own Google Tasks account. TasksBoard reads and writes them through Google's official Tasks API; it does not keep a second copy of your task content.
Can ChatGPT read my other data?
No. The connection is limited to the Google Tasks scope, so the app can only see and change tasks and task lists — never your email, Drive files or calendar events.
Does it work with shared lists?
It works with every list in your Google Tasks account. TasksBoard's shared boards stay in sync too, so a task you add in ChatGPT reaches the people you share that list with.
How do I remove the app?
Open the app settings in ChatGPT and disconnect TasksBoard, or revoke access from the third-party apps section of your Google Account. Your tasks stay exactly where they are.
